We stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. The bed was firm but comfortable, and I slept better than I had during the rest of our vacation. The room looked just like the pictures and had a big bathroom. Breakfast was great, with a decent choice of fresh items. When we asked to add another night, the front desk was able to accommodate us. There wasn't a restaurant during our stay, but the staff suggested a good place for dinner.

We spent three days here with our two toddlers on half board, and everything went smoothly. Breakfast deserves a special mention, it was extraordinary. The welcome was exceptionally warm and family-friendly. A high-quality hotel.

The staff were lovely, friendly, and hospitable, and breakfast had a great selection. The room itself was quite large, with a roomy shower, lots of useful bathroom shelves, plenty of cupboards and hangers, and a spacious entrance area. I would have liked a fridge and drinking water, and I wanted the floor vacuumed.

I stayed alone in a small room for one night while visiting the Castle, and it was just right for me. It's in a great spot, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. Breakfast and dinner were included, with both a la carte and buffet options. They also give you about €2 off the castle tour if you bring a copy of your hotel receipt, which was a nice little bonus. Such a cute place in an adorable little mountain town.

The breakfast was very good, and you can rent bicycles here. Rooms are large and clean, many with balconies. It's a convenient base for local hiking routes, not too far from the center of Fussen.
