SANAFIR HOTEL - El Pacha Suites (Adults Only)

Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the staff were friendly and chatty, though it seemed to depend on tips. Dinner was another story: we sent food back twice, first because the chicken wings were bloody and raw in the middle, then because the meatballs were raw inside. They offered bruschetta, but we left that too because the bread was dry. The room we got wasn't the one we'd booked. I had paid specifically for a pool view. Inside, it was dirty and neglected, and I've attached photos. The air conditioning was filthy and smelled bad. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned since it was bought 20 years ago. There was no hot water, and on our last day, December 17th, there wasn't even electricity. We were also allowed to use VIVA BEACH, but on several occasions they charged us more than the agreed price and deceived us. You couldn't lie there in peace for even 10 minutes. A child around seven or eight would come by trying to sell bracelets, which was really annoying, or someone would offer massages, beer, or food. The outdoor furniture at Viva Beach was old and dirty, and the cushions were stained. I'm extremely disappointed. We travelled a long way, and the hotel ruined the experience. These are my actual experiences, not an exaggeration. I work in tourism, so I pay close attention to every aspect of hotels and service.

There was a black resort cat near my room that was always napping. My room was enormous, more like an apartment, with a huge bed. I arrived on Thursday, when they have a party. The music was loud, but it ended at 03 in the morning. The private beach comes with a free umbrella and lounger. Breakfast had a few choices, not loads, but it was fine. If I come back to Sharm, I'd stay here again.

The room setup wasn't what we'd booked. It was supposed to have a king bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the living room, but instead there were twin beds in the bedroom and a small sofa in the living room. That's why I took off one star. The pool is really just for cooling off, not swimming. Otherwise, the hotel is very clean, the staff are helpful, and breakfast is very good. It's near the beach, the beds are comfortable, and both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi are very good. I might choose it again if I return.

We stayed half-board at Sanafir Hotel - El Pacha Suites in Sharm El Sheikh from November 3-8, 2025. My wife and I have travelled widely, but this was the worst holiday of our lives, and the hotel left us deeply disappointed. For €407.75, I had booked the top-floor Superior Suite with Terrace, the most expensive room. We were given a cheaper room in a lower category instead. There was also a strong chemical paint smell that made my wife sick. Chemical paint shouldn't be used at a tourist establishment during the season. If painting is necessary, water-based, odorless paint should be used. Other guests complained about this in 2024, but you ignored them. The dinner wasn't à la carte, despite what we were told when we arrived. The food was bad, the wait was long, and the listed soup wasn't available at all. Service was poor and the staff seemed indifferent. On our last night, we became ill and couldn't eat. We're still in Ankara suffering from it. I have a compensation claim against this facility.
