I stayed at the hotel from 21 to 28 February 2025. I was given a room on the morning of 22 February, but when I came back that evening, I found the mattress smelled strongly of vomit. It seemed someone had vomited in the bed before I arrived, and it was impossible to sleep on it. I’m pregnant and spent the whole night awake, with no one to ask for help because reception was closed in the evening. The receptionist moved me to another room the next day, and that one was fine. I’ve never had anything like this happen anywhere before. To me, it was a serious housekeeping failure. A guest who just wants to rest shouldn’t be put in this situation.

A kitchen inside was a pleasant surprise, and the price was good value. The beach is a few minutes’ walk away, with public transport nearby too.

The neighbourhood was quiet even though the beach and city were close, and the tram line nearby goes straight to Alicante city center. The hotel has lovely little details, and service was excellent. The woman at reception was very polite and helpful. What more could you want? ☺️

The room was neat and clean, with a comfortable bed and a really nice terrace of its own. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Great location close to the beach, with lots of restaurants and bars around. Highly recommended!
