On my second night, I realized the sheets hadn’t been changed. I told reception straight away, and they apologized sincerely, replaced the linens quickly, and arranged a more thorough cleaning. The room stayed well maintained for the rest of my visit. That housekeeping slip was disappointing during my four nights there, but the front desk handled it efficiently and with care. They were welcoming, professional, supportive, and spoke excellent English, which made communication easy. It’s clear the staff care about guest comfort and the hotel is well managed.

The hotel was clean and relaxing, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout. It’s centrally placed near several tourist sights, but the street itself wasn’t busy, and there were several coffee shops nearby. I’d definitely stay here again with my family.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and at ease here, and everyone treated me very well. The whole team was friendly. Special thanks to Yeison, who made me feel seen and took such good care of me. I can’t wait to come back to RMG.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and there was plenty to choose from at breakfast. But for a four-star hotel, I expected some basic bathroom items beyond the wall-mounted gels. Housekeeping also came into our room while we were inside, after only a brief knock, even though it had already been cleaned that day. Reception apologized and said it was a communication mix-up with housekeeping. I appreciated the apology, but the incident still left me uneasy.
