Everything was clean and ready, and we were looked after the moment we walked in. Jaro, the concierge, was exceptional. While Jaro was helping another guest, the bartender noticed my friend and me waiting and offered us a welcome drink and delicious olives. It was such a lovely start to our vacation. I don’t usually leave reviews, good or bad, but our experience was so great that I felt I had to.

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, and the service was outstanding from start to finish at BO Hotel Palma. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of fresh, tasty options. The food overall was high quality, and we really enjoyed every meal.

We spent three nights at the BO hotel in Palma de Mallorca, and the location was wonderful, right in the city with everything within walking distance. Breakfast was terrific each day, and the service was friendly and great. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage, and the modern bathroom worked well in every way. Absolutely fantastic stay, you can’t go wrong here!

The corner room had plenty of fresh air, a great shower and a magnifying mirror, and the location was perfect. The room smelled lovely too. At check-in, the hotel representatives were so generous with their time. I think the lovely woman was Alameda and the gentleman from Argentina was Marko, though I’m not completely sure I have their names right. They were truly exceptional. One small idea: creamers with the espresso and bigger cups would be nice. Such a lovely boutique hotel.
