We were a work group and got the rooms we were given, but be clear if you need an actual double bed. Some rooms had a double, others twin doubles. The beds were very comfortable, and every room has some kind of balcony or patio. There's no view, since the small hotel doesn't rise above the surrounding buildings. It's a lovely, quiet place tucked into Palma's backstreets, though the town is around a 20-30 minute walk depending on your pace. There's no pool. The bar has limited drinks and hours, but it serves its purpose. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was great, with excellent air conditioning and a fridge stocked with items at reasonable prices if you want them. The hotel was spotlessly clean. All the staff were friendly and professional, including the lovely woman who looked after the breakfast area. Luca deserves special thanks for making our time in Palma one to remember.

The service was decent, and although the room was small, it was very clean. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the centre. Parking is available for €11 a day if you're driving. It was a pleasant stay, but I didn't feel it was good value for the money.

The reception was lovely, and the room was fine with a comfortable bed. It's a bit of a walk into town, but the bus makes it easy to get there. A nice place for a couple of days.

Our reservation was cancelled by the hotel the day before we were due to leave for Mallorca. They said they were overbooked, leaving us without a place to stay at the last minute. At least we got our money back.
