The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet. I even slept with the window open. These functional apartments are well situated near Part Dieu, and parking on the street was easy. Stéphane is very friendly too. I highly recommend staying here.

A comfortable, pleasant studio in a quiet building, and it looked exactly like the photos. The location is great, and Stéphane brought us a fan during the hot days. Much nicer than a hotel room!

The owner clearly put guest comfort first, with high-quality furniture. The studio is in a great spot, close to Part-Dieu train station and all the public transport, including metro and bus. That’s a real plus. I highly recommend it!

The studio was well equipped and recently renovated, so it might suit a seminar or training course, but it wasn’t relaxing. We found a bloodstained towel, a broken bathroom drawer, and dust all over the apartment. The soundproofing was nonexistent, and we could hear everything the neighbors did. There were restless nights with doors banging, footsteps everywhere, and music and laughter in the lobby. To cap it off, the downstairs neighbor opened and shut his metal shutter at 6:30 or 7:00 every morning. No alarm clock needed. For a room costing over €50 a night, the experience was very mixed.

I’m writing on behalf of Mr. Alexandrian Robert, 75, who lives in the apartment below. He says the studios have no soundproofing at all and that the old man is the one making noise constantly. So please stop the nonsense and the completely pointless, useless advertising for this parade of models and renters in this so-called "hotel of ill repute". Hello, this is Mr. Alexandrian Robert replying: "An excellent choice, considering there’s a nightclub very close by. You can enjoy it, especially at night, and even go to the nightclub." Robert Alexandrian. I’m the owner of the ground-floor apartment below the "Bed of the Kids" studios. I’ll repeat this for future renters: there’s a nightclub very close by, and renters can enjoy it throughout their stay, including at night at "Bed of the Kids"...
