Cozy 2bedroom Apartment in Paris - Bastille

Eric welcomed us with useful details about the apartment and nearby restaurants and amenities. My wife and I found the place clean, comfortable and safe during our recent Paris visit. We enjoyed our stay and hope to book it again next time we're in Paris.

We were able to get around easily from this quiet, safe alley in the 11th arrondissement, with metro and bus stops close by. Bastille Market and d'Aligre Market were especially convenient, and there were plenty of food shops and restaurants within a short walk. Eric was caring, easy to reach and quick to respond, while giving us space and respecting our time. He was the best host I've come across, and clearly puts a lot into looking after both the apartment and his guests. The app check-in also made arrival and departure simple. The apartment worked perfectly for our family of three, one adult and two children, and could fit four comfortably. It's cleverly laid out, with every meter put to use. Two bathrooms and two toilets saved us a lot of time, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with the fresh market produce. It was spotless on arrival and well stocked, so we didn't have to go out for supplies. The beds were very comfortable, the heating worked well, and the tech was impressive, including two TVs and plenty of chargers. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Paris. The apartment is a great place to stay, and Eric's hospitality makes it even better.

Eric had everything organized for our visit, with clear, detailed instructions. We really recommend the place. The bed was comfortable, and having several bathrooms made getting ready much quicker.

The apartment had lots of thoughtful extras in the kitchen and bathroom, and we really appreciated the AirCon with temperatures above 30C all week. The Bastille market was so close that we shopped there Thursday and Sunday and hardly needed to eat out. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Ten Belles cafe and bakery was five minutes away, with excellent coffee, bread and pastries that Australians will love. There was also a lovely fromagerie just around the corner, run by a friendly proprietor. Eric was kind and supportive. He met us, made sure we could use his phone and the door locking system, and checked in during the week. Highly recommend his apartment for a great stay in Paris.
