Susan made things better with quick, efficient and friendly service. The wait for food, though, was far too long. We queued for more than half an hour, and I think there should have been at least two people cutting and serving the meat.

The food was good, and carver Lewis made the visit extra special. Joanne was lovely at the door, attentive and quick to get me seated. Susan was an absolutely wonderful server too: kind, attentive, and careful to make sure everything was right. She checked in at the right moments, handled things smoothly, and made us feel welcome. Her warmth and genuine care made the experience more enjoyable and memorable. We'd be happy to return because of Susan! I'll definitely be back 🔥🔥🔥 P.S. I love Susan's hello kitty lanyard 😀

A couple of weeks ago, Lucy was our server, and she was fantastic. So personable and hardworking, and no request was too much for her. The rest of the table were just as happy and impressed. I'd absolutely come again and ask for her!

We won the Valentine’s Day competition and got such a warm welcome. Michelle was fantastic as our server, always checking in and having plenty of banter. It was a great experience. We eat here often and are always happy with the service, so this level of service wasn't because we won the competition.

The roast potatoes were the best I've ever had, and there was plenty of delicious food. Everything was great value, too. We had another lovely visit to Toby Carvery Strathclyde Park today, with friendly, helpful staff. The chef was excellent, as was our server, Pauline.
