The host was lovely and friendly, and laid out a delicious buffet at Innocence. The place was well presented and cared for. Our ground-floor room was spacious, clean and cosy, so we felt at home. We used the shared kitchen to make tea and coffee instead of having the usual kettle in our room. It felt a bit like house-sharing, but everyone was pleasant and respected one another’s privacy. Be prepared to make your own cooked breakfast, though it wasn’t so bad after all. Just the ticket for an enjoyable stay.

The shared kitchen and lounge/conservatory felt just like home. I had a lovely stay in comfortable accommodation in a good area, close to where I needed to be. My rooms were almost like a little flat, with two bedrooms and a bathroom that was more of a wet room. The beds were nice. Good stuff.

My mother needed somewhere to stay at short notice for two nights while my father was in Ipswich hospital. Susie and her wonderful team made her feel welcome, safe and relaxed. The rooms were luxurious, spotless and very spacious, with matching facilities. I can’t thank Susie enough, and I highly recommend the place.

Whenever I’m in Ipswich for work, Innocence Rooms East is my favourite place to stay. It always feels like home. The rooms and en-suites are fresh and clean, the other guests seem friendly, and breakfast is great.

The kitchen was great, and the bed was really comfortable. It felt welcoming, like being at home. Parking is limited, so arrive early; there’s free parking across the road.
