Buckingham & Lloyds

We had a really good stay, and my family liked the apartment. The service was very good, and the rooms were nice, especially the master bedroom. The location was nice, though not the best. I'd be very likely to come back.

The staff's warmth and attentiveness made a strong impression on our family from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and felt comfortable. The place was spotless and clearly well maintained, which put us at ease. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could need, and felt like a home away from home. Our stay at Buckingham & Lloyds was incredible, and they made our family vacation feel special. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The apartment was just a minute's walk from hyde park, with coffee shops, restaurants and groceries about nine minutes away. We stayed for a week in a well-kept, luxurious three-bedroom apartment as part of a family trip. Daily housekeeping kept everything in excellent shape, and when the heater gave us trouble, it was fixed right away. The staff were welcoming and helped with all our questions and requests. The bed was so soft and comfortable, it felt like sleeping on clouds. Towels and bathrobes were very clean and good quality, and I especially loved the waffle robes. I wish I could get one! We really enjoyed the apartment and the services from the whole Buckingham & Lloyds team. It was an amazing stay.

The reception team were friendly and helpful. We stayed for six days and had a great time. The bedrooms were clean and the bathrooms spotless. We also enjoyed cooking, since the kitchen had pretty much all the pots, pans and utensils we'd need.
