Premier Inn London Leicester Square

Razula made us feel very welcome and made sure we had what we needed, including letting us know how to reach her with questions. We had two rooms, and she arranged them close together. Housekeeping was excellent, and the rooms were clean with amenities topped up as soon as we asked. The location is great, and I've stayed at this hotel more than once. Razula made this my best visit yet.

The staff's honesty really stood out. I left my irreplaceable retainers in the room after checking out, and Ziaur found them for me the very next day. A total miracle worker, and I'm so grateful to the team. The reception has a warm, welcoming feel, and the rooms are safe and cozy. The service was fantastic, and this was one of the best places I've stayed.

I've been staying here once a week for a long time, and it really has come to feel like home. The staff are a big part of that. Over time I've got to know everyone, from the managers to the room cleaners, and they're friendly, welcoming, helpful, flexible, and genuinely keen to make you comfortable. Labone, Alesio, Pauline, and the rest whose names I can't remember, thank you for being kind and responding quickly to requests. The location is perfect and extremely well connected. I'd strongly recommend it for business or a holiday. Nicasio.

We had a great stay last weekend. Jackie and Raluca looked after us brilliantly and stayed cheerful despite being understaffed for the number of guests. Manager Ashan was also really helpful and welcoming when we arrived. Great job, everyone.
