The crib we booked this property for wasn’t there for the first two nights, which was incredibly frustrating. The apartment was dirty on arrival, and the host did nothing to address the cleanliness problems after we contacted them. The walls were filthy, large spider webs were all over, and the broken bed slats made the bed very uncomfortable. The bedroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a month. There was dirt and rubbish under the bed, including old toilet tissues and plastic bags. Basic upkeep and attention to detail are clearly lacking. This was a very poor stay, nothing like we expected. I’d strongly suggest saving your money and looking elsewhere.

The team left me without heating or hot water for a week in winter, and the customer service was horrible. I got nowhere when I tried to reach them for compensation, so I had to file a credit card dispute. Stay away from Sercasa for vacation bookings.

We’d booked the apartment in March, so it was really disappointing to have it cancelled just three days before arrival. They gave no explanation until we called, when we were told there was a leak they couldn’t repair in time. I’ve never had a professional company give such a poor excuse without offering an alternative. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
