MIXT by Zoia Living

The ZOIA Living team made a big difference during my business trip to Athens. Their communication was excellent, and they were warm, helpful, and genuinely focused on guests’ comfort. I felt at home there. The location is another major plus, right in central Athens, near key institutions and major attractions, and a short walk from the metro. The brand-new apartments have a modern urban style and everything a guest could need, including a comfortable bed and bathroom, plus a kitchen with a dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and washing machine. The team’s hospitality really does meet a high standard.

Panepestimio station is just a few blocks away, and from there it’s one stop to Syntagma Square. There’s a grocery store as you come out of the subway. The area felt very safe, with occasional police presence on the streets. I spent five nights on my own in Apartment 8 at MIXT. It’s thoughtfully laid out, with the refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher concealed behind panels in the living room. It could easily fit up to four people, including what I think is a sofa bed. The building has one small elevator, just big enough for one person and luggage. The internet was strong, management was quick to respond to questions, and smart-lock check-in was easy. They let me arrive at 1 PM instead of 3 PM. As other reviews mentioned, the water pressure wasn’t very strong, but it didn’t bother me much. I just had to flush several times. 😅

There was plenty of space and the room was clean. The shower pressure was really poor. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but it wasn’t pleasant either.

We loved the neighborhood, which felt very safe and was well located. The apartment was fantastic, and the customer service was fantastic too.
