The buffet breakfast was amazing, and the hotel is close to a beautiful beach with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We travelled with a wing buddy, and this was our final stop. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us, recommend good places to eat, and sort out travel into Santorini and Oia. Honestly, I think this hotel deserves more than three stars. We highly recommend it.

The location made everything easy, with a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, and Kamari beach just a three-minute walk away. The price was so reasonable for the quality, and the stay was peaceful and relaxing. I was travelling alone and would have struggled with stairs, so they arranged the ground-floor room I requested. The rooms are well appointed, the property immaculate, and the staff kind and helpful. Hotel Matina was absolutely spectacular, with excellent service. I visited Sept 24, 2025 for four nights, and I'd stay here again if I get the chance to return to Santorini. ❤️

Elias made us feel almost like we were at home, and the lady at reception knew the island inside out and gave us only good recommendations. The people were so pleasant and nice. It's a small, family hotel with 30 rooms, less than five minutes from the beach. Breakfast was great, they really try. This place is a gem, and I have nothing but praise for it.

The fresh breakfast each morning was delicious, and the location is ideal, just minutes from the beach and loads of places to eat and drink. Hotel Matina is beautiful and the service is amazing. I can't recommend it enough. We'll definitely return if we come back to Santorini, and recommend it to family and friends.

It's a quiet hotel with everything you need, and the beach, shops, and supermarket are all within walking distance. Hotel Marina is small and family owned, with staff who are really friendly and passionate about the island. They share lots of information about things to do. The rooms have air conditioning, a fridge, and a balcony, and there's also a pool to relax by. I'd highly recommend it if you're after a quiet place near the beach.
