Dhillon Hotel

We chose Bohol Hostel (under Dhillon Hostel) for one night because of its high rating on agoda and to try staying in Chungking Mansion. The location was the one good point. The room was small and smelled unpleasant, and there were no towels or toiletries. I also don't understand why we had to pay an extra 40hkd on top of what we'd already paid online through agoda.

Cherry, Dona, Sukh, and Aman made our five days memorable. They were kind, responsive, and respectful, and the room was very clean with such comfortable bedding that I didn't want to get out of bed. The location was nice too. We will definitely return for a longer stay. Thanks so much, and please keep up the good work.

Chungking mansion is in a great spot, with easy access to public transport and plenty of Indian food. The place felt secure, with two locks, one at the main gate and another on our room door. The lift was fine, and the shared fridge, microwave, and electric kettle all worked well. We used them often to make tea and milk for the kids. My wife, our children aged 4 and 2, and I stayed for seven nights and eight days. For an economical stay, don't expect luxury, but I was very satisfied with the service. The AC, hair dryer, and heater all worked. They changed our sheets when I asked, and housekeeping came regularly. I was a bit doubtful at first after reading mixed reviews, but the stay was comfortable and satisfying. Full marks to the owner, and best wishes.

The single rooms were okay, and the cleaning lady was nice, but the building felt unsafe, dirty, and generally bad. Management was rude and unwelcoming, and the dorm room lock didn't work properly. Dhillon Hostel feels like a random name used to lure people into this mess.
