The location is close to Seminyak’s shops and restaurants, and check-in and checkout were easy. Rooms were roomy, bathrooms clean, and the pool was clean too. Housekeeping came daily and was very quiet. The air-conditioning kept things cool in Bali’s heat, and all the kitchen gear was there. The staff were professional, especially dede, who was really helpful and supportive during our stay.

I had reserved Villa Canberra for four nights. A few hours later, my mother had a stroke, and I tried to cancel and get a refund because of the situation. I accidentally cancelled the booking while making the request. They told me I had to rebook to receive a refund. I didn’t know whether I could travel, and I couldn’t afford to pay again. It feels very unfair, especially since everything happened within a few hours. They have now rebooked three of the four nights, so they’re being paid twice. I certainly wouldn’t recommend them.

I liked this little villa, it’s beautiful and the pool is really clean. Everything seems thought through down to the smallest detail!
