The room felt claustrophobic, with no window you could open. The corridors were noisy, and management overall was poor. Even basic requests took several reminders. We asked for cutlery and it never arrived; the next day they casually said they'd forgotten. Staff kept calling to ask about orders we hadn't placed because they couldn't record the right room number. Every time we locked the room, the key tag stopped working, so we had to go to reception to reactivate it. In-room dining was a joke. Prices were exorbitant, higher than many five-star hotels in tier-one cities. They charged ₹236 for a bottle of mineral water. When we asked for regular water, they said they couldn't provide it and told us to check with reception. Premium prices for a shockingly poor stay and service. Definitely not worth it.

The hotel is far from the city, and the AC didn't cool enough. There are no smoking rooms. The electricity failed seven or eight times soon after check-in, and the elevators were slow. The pool was too small in the chilly dhoop.

The staff were very polite, and the food was great. The hotel was neat and clean, with a nice room interior. It was a great experience staying there, though a little overpriced. I'd strongly recommend it.

Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, and the cleanliness and attention to detail made the morning enjoyable. The staff at Blu Salz were welcoming and polite, with a warm attitude from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality felt genuine. A great example of how a hotel should treat guests, highly recommended for comfort, good service, and a friendly atmosphere.

The rooms are small but very well maintained. Reception staff were polite, and Michael in the restaurant was so good at breakfast. He served us really well and was fabulous in the way he looked after us. I really enjoyed his service and will definitely visit again. Thanks 😊
