Hotel Little Silver

It was quiet and serene in the forest area, with the riverside just a few minutes’ walk downhill. I was travelling solo and felt very safe. Mudasir was a polite and helpful host, and the cozy, clean room had a lovely heated bed. The food was good, and it made for a peaceful escape that’s still only 10 minutes from the main town. You get forest views and the riverside nearby. Beautiful surroundings and ambience, great for couples or solo travellers. They can also arrange a bonfire or barbecue on request.

We’d planned to stay just one night when we visited on April 2 with friends, but the warm welcome, wonderful hospitality, and delicious food convinced us to add another day. The staff were amazing with guests and went out of their way to meet our needs and make sure we had a great time. It’s hard to put the experience into words. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so memorable.

There were some voltage fluctuations that sometimes affected the room heater and geyser, but we managed, and it didn’t have a major effect on our stay. The team responded to our needs and promptly changed our room when we asked, doing their best to meet our preferences. Mudassir in particular stood out for his polite, friendly manner. Recommended for people looking for peace, comfort, and courteous service at Hotel Little Silver.

The staff were especially kind and did a lot to make our stay enjoyable. Manager Mudassir deserves a special mention. The food was delicious and had a homely feel. We had electric blankets, though there were no room heaters. The hills are quiet and secluded, with a breathtaking view, while still close to the city centre. You’ll need your own car to get around. An amazing experience at Hotel Little Silver, especially for anyone who enjoys being close to nature in Pahalgam.
