The people running the homestay were super friendly. Everything was neat, from the rooms to the washrooms, and the dining hall was really good. There's a gym and a playstation area, plus a beautiful view from the room. I'd highly recommend staying here in mehli.

We enjoyed the food and the cleanliness, and found everything well maintained and reasonably priced. I was unsure from the pictures, but the rooms, dining area, and lobby were all great in person. The property is very good, with covered parking for 3-4 cars. We booked one night intending to move to Shimla the next morning, but the city is very commercialized and parking there is extremely difficult. This place is peaceful and has a nice valley view. Highly recommend.

Very good ambience and great service from the owner and staff. Everyone seemed to have a smile, which gave the guests a positive vibe. Appreciation to all the staff.

The one good thing was the view. The hotel manager's OYO app listing falsely said there was a balcony and terrace. It's extremely remote, with no restaurants around, and room service didn't exist. There were no food options, and the kitchen staff refused to cook meals for us.

A nice place to stay, with good staff, clean rooms, and decent interiors. The charges are easy on the pocket, and yes, you can bargain. I stayed in October and December 2017, paying ₹700 a night. PG accommodation is also available. It's near Shimla bus stand.
