Donati Luxury Tower Suites

We loved the suite's design and furnishings, which gave it a beautiful, luxurious feel. The location is right in the heart of Florence and makes sightseeing incredibly convenient. But the noise from the lanes below came through the windows and disrupted us throughout the night. The air conditioning also didn't work effectively, so the suite was uncomfortably warm. For a property like this, those basics should match the luxury. I hope they address the window insulation and AC, because otherwise it would have been a 10/10 stay.

We had a fantastic night in the Giotto room, with stunning views of the Duomo. The location was great, and Filippo was so friendly and helpful, including with his food recommendations. We'd absolutely come back.

The Brunelleschi suite has a stunning view. Silvia, Filippo, Leonardo, and the whole team were so supportive and helpful in making our stay memorable. Thanks so much!

Leonardo at reception shared the tower’s history, and the rooftop view of the Duomo was stunning. I also really appreciated how the staff arranged a private transfer to Pisa airport and covered part of the cost. They pointed me to some great spots for gelato, pizza, and espresso, too. The room was huge, and the location made it easy to get around. None of the museums or main sights was more than a 10-minute walk away. The lobby is small, so I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but Silvia was lovely and welcoming once I got inside. Finding the place was the awkward part, since the roads are so narrow. After that, everything was easy, and I had a fantastic stay at Donati Luxury Tower.
