The area felt safe, and we could walk to the Duomo and Galleria in about 20 minutes. Our room was clean and very comfortable for two. It had WiFi, air conditioning, and an elevator, all of which were great to have. Communication with the host was excellent, and she shared a nice list of recommended restaurants and attractions.

Nicola, the manager, was great and very helpful. We stayed in room 2, where the bed was really comfortable and the square view was a nice bonus. There was some street noise, though, and the small shower unit has a step down when you get out, so I wouldn’t call it ideal for older or larger people. The location is good, with a 15-minute walk to Duomo, 10 minutes to metro Tricolor, trams right outside, and a few restaurants nearby if you don’t want to head into the center.
