My daughter says the hotel is as beautiful as the photos, with one of the comfiest beds she's slept in and a great location. I haven't stayed there myself, but she did this week, traveling alone to explore Rome just one day after turning 18. They gave her a free birthday drink and put balloons and a gift in her room. She messaged me several times to say they treated her like a princess and she felt incredibly safe. As a mother, hearing that from my firstborn while she's alone in another country was so comforting. What they did went beyond hospitality and good customer service. They helped grow her love of travel and gave her confidence to do this again. I can't thank them enough for looking after my baby on her first of many solo trips. Thank you, BH Hotel Roma. Rome has really stolen her heart.

The room was spotless and comfortable, and breakfast was outstanding. Everything was easy to reach on foot, thanks to the convenient location. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always smiling, so we felt welcome as soon as we arrived. We had a wonderful stay that went beyond what we expected. One of our best hotel experiences, and we'd happily return and recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was clean and cozy. The receptionists were kind and made me feel comfortable. I stayed at BH Hotel Rome for four days last week and had an exceptional experience. Special thanks to Roberto. See you again soon. From Greece, Dimitris and Paraksevi

During our three-day Rome vacation, my wife and I felt more at home than in a hotel. Our room was cleaned every day, and breakfast was excellent. The free water and evening refreshments were especially nice. Everyone on reception, in the kitchen and bar, and the rest of the staff did their jobs very well and helped us with everything. Thank you.

Breakfast had a great selection of fresh, well-prepared food and was a lovely way to start each day. The location was handy for attractions, restaurants, and transport. I had a really great stay at BH Hotels Rome, with excellent service, room, and location. The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to help. My room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, a good place to relax after a full day exploring. Everything went smoothly, and I'd gladly recommend BH Hotels Rome and stay again.
