We especially loved how welcoming the breakfast team were. The staff throughout the hotel were kind, professional, and attentive, and we felt very well looked after. After long days out exploring Rome, it was a comfortable place to come back to. Our room was spacious, newly renovated, spotless, and had very comfortable beds. The hotel is also well located near major sights and handy for getting around. We’d happily recommend it to family and friends.

We could easily walk to the tourist sights, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. After six nights, we came away happy with the stay. Our room was on the small side, but the bathroom was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. Everyone on staff was lovely and helpful whenever we needed something. We’d definitely return.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced, and the service was excellent apart from one waiter in the hotel restaurant. He seemed disapproving of what my partner and I ordered and came close to being rude. We were there for two days while getting ready for our cruise. The location was great, and the rooms were good.

We were given newly renovated room 557, and it was very nicely done. It was comfortable and hygienic, and the hotel is conveniently close to Termini. There was a good range of food at breakfast too. I’d recommend staying here.

I was pleased with how clean the room was, and the single bed had excellent sheets and was comfortable. The building itself is old, with a small but charming and functional elevator. The main draw is really the location, just a 3-4 minute walk from Termini. There was an unpleasant sewer smell in my room, and I suspect it may affect many rooms since other reviewers mentioned it too.
