Please avoid this place and warn others. The reception on the phone was late, argumentative, and unhelpful. We were let into the property remotely while people were still asleep in bed in the afternoon. The room smelled like a student room and looked nothing like the website's promotion. The entrance was a health hazard, with one of the four overflowing rubbish bins, apparently used by the neighborhood, containing a rat. We weren't allowed to cancel and were forced to pay even after leaving because the place wasn't liveable. We've instructed our lawyer. This ruined our special occasion.

Fienaroli Apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen with an oven and fridge, a terrace, WiFi, and a flat-screen TV. In Trastevere, it's 200 m from Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere, 400 m from San Francesco a Ripa, and 500 m from Synagogue of Rome. Campo de' Fiori is 800 m away. Rome Ciampino Airport is the nearest airport, 14 km from the property.

Casa Fienaroli is an apartment in a building dating from the 16th century, with free WiFi. It has one bedroom, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere, San Francesco a Ripa, and Synagogue of Rome are all within 500 m. Campo de' Fiori is 800 m away, and Torre Argentina is 1 km away. The nearest airport is Rome Ciampino Airport, 14 km from Casa Fienaroli.

A big, clean apartment in a top location. The balcony is full of plants, and we could hear birds in the morning. Our host was kind and helpful. We had a very nice stay.

The service was dreadful, and it was impossible to reach the property or management directly. We were redirected to a switchboard that only answered in English. At check-in, the previous guests were still in bed. The building entrance was filthy and piled with garbage, and the apartment was nothing like the photos. It was practically a dump. Even with the poor service and awful condition of the apartment, we had to pay the full booking amount, which was charged to our credit card despite the cancellation. A disastrous operation and a nightmare experience. Definitely avoid.
