The spa was a nice extra, especially for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. The facilities were great, the rooms clean, and the beds comfortable. Staff at Hotel Lunetta were really nice and more than helpful, and you can walk to all the main sights from its perfect location. My only reason for giving four stars is the poor sound insulation. We could clearly hear doors opening and closing and people talking in the corridor.

Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day, and the staff were fantastic, friendly and attentive, with lots of useful tips. Our spacious room was clean and very comfortable. Hotel Lunetta feels welcoming, with a modern, stylish look, and the location right in central Rome is hard to beat, close to restaurants, shops and all the main sights. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

We could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go in 30 minutes or less. The front desk also arranged a taxi quickly whenever we needed one, which made getting around easy and stress-free. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and ready to help. We had a wonderful time in Rome and highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was clean and nice, and breakfast was pretty good, though the pastries could've been fresher. The shower was too small, with nowhere to put soap or shampoo, and I couldn't get out of the water.

The layout was odd and the room wasn't very well appointed. There was a nice bedroom window, and it did a great job blocking sound. A very narrow, long hall led to the bedroom, with the bathroom along the way. The only small closet was near the front door, and there was no place for luggage. In the bathroom, there's no ventilation, so all the mirrors fogged up even with the door open. There were no towel hooks or racks, or shelves for a hairbrush, shaving cream and other items. The tiny desk was crammed with small coffee machines and other things, making it basically unusable. At US $700/night, I'm not sure it was worth it.
