The staff are really friendly, and the view is lovely. I've been staying here for a while and find it great for students, with fair prices and good service. The neighborhood has plenty of shops, and it's convenient for getting to tiburtina, termini, the center, and romaest.

The room was roomy and having a kitchen was a plus, but the noise made it hard to feel comfortable since the walls are thin and you can hear the next room. Worse, a cleaning staff member stole my valuables. I didn't feel safe there at all.

The rooms are nice and the cleaning service is fantastic. Communication with staff was disappointing, though. Nobody told me I'd have a roommate, and the apartment's interior doors had no locks. The wifi also cuts out at random, and the whole building has only two laundry machines, one of which wasn't working properly.

We'd happily stay again. The room was much bigger than expected, more like a small apartment, with a fridge, kitchenette, strong air conditioning, TV, and WIFI. Staff communication was lovely too. We arrived a couple of hours late, but they waited at reception without charging extra, which we really appreciated. There's a tram stop right in front of the hotel and supermarkets and good restaurants near the residenze. Just keep in mind the tram takes about 20 minutes to reach Rome's center, and in summer it's usually crowded and very hot. That's a Rome issue, nothing to do with Conti. Grazie! :)
