Sophie Terrace Hotel

Omar at reception made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, and honestly the best receptionist my wife and I have come across so far. The room stayed clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our visit. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!

We loved having the terrace during our stay, and the room was just what we needed. The hotel is in a great spot for exploring, with most things within walking distance. Sebastian was brilliant. He was friendly, gave us great recommendations, and looked after us so well. He welcomed us warmly when we arrived, then gave us a kind goodbye and helped arrange a taxi to the airport. Would recommend!

Sebastian was an amazing host, his recommendations were spot on and he deserves 10 stars. The room was clean and comfortable, and you can walk to everything, with lots of good restaurants nearby. There is some noise because of the location, but they provide earplugs, which shows they pay attention to what guests need. We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve never felt this welcome at a hotel in the States. Even though we had a late train after checkout, the staff were more than accommodating, and did much more than just hold our luggage. They gave us real five-star treatment throughout. Flo was a big help with getting around and finding the attractions, and the whole team couldn’t have been better. This was our best hotel in Italy, with an amazing location. If you’re planning a trip to Rome, I’d make it my first choice. Grazie Mille to everyone on staff.
