The parking is great, and it's pretty close to the lake. For the price, it's worth it, but don't expect much, especially from breakfast.

Such a special place. You can feel how much care and good energy she puts into everything. Thank you!

The host was so friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. Public transport to the lake and downtown is nearby, so the location is excellent for a short stay. Breakfast is served outside and is good, though there isn't much variety. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, and sound carries easily because the rooms aren't well insulated.

The welcome was excellent, and we got helpful suggestions for things to see in Sirmione and places to eat. It's well placed for getting to the center of Sirmione. Our room was clean and had everything we needed.

I had a pleasant stay. It's a simple B&B, clean and quiet, and the location looks inconvenient at first but turns out to be very accessible, including to the beach. The lady was always available. My only complaint is that some things to set belongings on were missing, like shelves and a console in the bedroom and bathroom, though they could provide them. Highly recommended.
