Ca' Etta

The apartment’s condition was far below what I expected, and attempts to reach the owner haven’t worked. It needs major cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. The bathroom had mold and mildew, including on the shower curtain and washing machine, several lights were missing bulbs or didn’t work, and one shower door was missing. The carbon monoxide detector was missing its battery and hadn’t been installed, which was especially concerning. In the kitchen, the freezer had a thick layer of ice, the refrigerator was missing a shelf, there wasn’t enough dish detergent even for a short stay, and the kettle was heavily coated in calcium deposits. Cleanliness was unacceptable. This property may have had a high rating years ago, but it shouldn’t be advertised at its current standard.
