The apartment was unsafe and unusable for us. Water from the AC flooded the floor and dripped from the electrical plugs. The host first said an engineer had been sent, but when we came back the leak was still going. We sent videos and asked again, and the host refused to send anyone. They said AC flooding was normal because Italy is hot. The response was rude and unprofessional, and replies were very slow. The bed was stained, and many of the glasses and plates were chipped. We had to contact Airbnb ourselves to get the issue resolved. They gave us a full refund and moved us to another property. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs without trouble, but this was my worst experience. I can’t recommend staying here.
