Getting a decent night's sleep was hard. The bed was poor quality, the furniture felt old, and the staff were rude and aggressive. The shower was clogged and almost impossible to use, and the room was dirty. They also didn't change the sheets every day. Breakfast was tiny and not fresh, just one piece of bread and one piece of cheese per person. This is definitely not a three-star hotel. It was a disaster and a waste of money. We took photos during our stay, and I'd strongly suggest avoiding the place.

We had a pleasant two-night stay, though it could have been better. The other staff were helpful, but the woman serving breakfast was rude and seemed annoyed when guests arrived at the same time. Breakfast itself wasn't up to standard. The train station is only about 10 minutes away, while St. Marks Square is roughly a 45-minute walk. Both the room and bathroom were very small. There's no elevator, and the narrow staircase made it difficult to get our luggage up to the third floor.

We liked staying here. Venice can feel old and cramped, but that's part of its charm, and this little hotel felt cozy too. The room was small but had what you'd expect, including air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It's also easy to find, which is a real advantage in Venice. The people working here were very nice. Not everyone speaks much English, but we could communicate well enough.

The room was neat and cozy, and my girlfriend and I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is family-run and just off the route from the train or bus stop. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and kind. Breakfast is included, with bread and coffee or tea. It's not the usual American-style breakfast, if that's what you're used to, but otherwise we had a wonderful time.

We were a family with two kids and stayed in two rooms in a building across from the reception office. Breakfast was good, and when we asked, they brought it to our rooms. Most of the attractions are within walking distance.
