The staff made this stay especially memorable. Everyone we dealt with was welcoming, kind, and helpful, whether giving directions, suggesting restaurants, or greeting us with a smile. They made sure we felt comfortable and looked after the whole time, and we’re grateful for their warmth and professionalism. Getting around was easy from this location, with metro access and lots of good food options and convenience stores just steps away. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!

I found this at a great last-minute price. The rooms are simple but clean, and after a long day of shopping, the spa was a great way to unwind. I’d definitely recommend it if you want an affordable stay near Umeda Station.

I booked a Standard Triple Room at Hotel Hokke Club Osaka for November 6-11, 2025, and arrived expecting the room type confirmed in my reservation. Instead, I was put in a room with a single bed. When I raised it, the front desk gave conflicting explanations and told me to call priceline. They claimed the room was an “upgrade,” even though it didn’t match what I had booked. Priceline said they would cover the difference if I filed a formal claim through them with a receipt showing I had paid extra at the property for the room I actually needed. I provided proof of that additional payment, but the hotel refused to acknowledge the charge or take responsibility. They kept denying fault and said no refund was due. The whole situation felt misleading and unprofessional. Rather than resolve a straightforward problem, the hotel blamed me and ignored the documented evidence. I rarely leave negative reviews, but both the stay and the handling of my case afterward were extremely disappointing. I hope the hotel becomes more transparent, honors the exact room types guests reserve, and treats people better when problems come up.

I really enjoyed the ofurô, something to look forward to. The breakfast was the best of the whole trip too. If you like it, then you must. Thanks to Beni for all the help. The neighborhood isn’t very good. We saw some girls (you know what girls) in other squares.
