I still haven't heard back from customer service after emailing twice to ask for a simple change to my reservation's check-in date (No. y0209714207). The hotel itself looks lovely, and I hope the lack of response was just an oversight and that they improve how quickly they answer emails. I'm looking forward to staying and will update this review accordingly.

I spent about an hour moving between the baths, and it was heavenly. The indoor bath is properly hot, the outdoor one is wonderfully lukewarm, and there's also a great icy cold bath inside. The hotel's hot spring is fantastic.

It's a simple Onsen Hotel, but it's clean and well cared for. The food's good and the service feels attentive. Better than you'd expect.

The surroundings are beautiful, and the spa is high quality. The meals were delicious and the service was lovely. I'd recommend this hotel.

Breakfast comes with this affordable onsen inn, which has tatami rooms.
