This was my second stay at Hotel Associa Shin-Yokohama, and this time I was there for a long two-month business trip. I had a great stay. My room had plenty of equipment and enough space to open two suitcases comfortably. The bathroom was large, and the hot shower stayed steady. I was lucky to get a room facing Mt. Fuji, with the peak visible on sunny days. Breakfast came with the room and had a good range of choices. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel, many open until midnight. The location is especially convenient: the hotel connects directly to Shin-Yokohama Station and the Shinkansen. I’d highly recommend it for business or travel.

The hotel is spotless, with spacious rooms and excellent service from the staff. Its location is hard to beat. The building sits above Shin-Yokohama Station and inside a shopping mall, so you can step out to restaurants, clothing shops, convenience stores, and more without going outdoors. More shops are only a minute or two away outside the complex. With the Shinkansen stopping right below, it's handy for trips to Tokyo, Hakone, Kamakura, or even as far as Hiroshima. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Yokohama.

We stayed in Shin Yokohama for a night before catching the train to Hiroshima. Since we needed to take the first train the next morning, the location worked perfectly. The room was spacious, and it had plenty of amenities covering the basics and then some.

Check-in staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel sits above the transit center, which makes getting around easy, and there's a taxi stand outside. The complex has lots of dining and shopping choices, and local attractions are close enough to reach on foot or by subway. Rooms are well equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay.

The hotel has a great location, and the rooms come with all the amenities, though they feel a bit small for the price. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. Guests can also use the lounge for juice and coffee. Being connected to the station and cubic plaza adds a lot of value. I had a great stay.
