The garage is a disaster, and there’s a lot of misleading advertising about this residence. It’s described as a gated community, but there’s no gate at the entrance. There is a night watchman, though nobody is there during the day. The front garden exists, but there’s nothing at the back. I raised that with the developer, who said the owners are responsible for creating the back garden themselves.

This is false advertising. It’s more like new budget apartments than somewhere high-end, and the website photos give a very misleading impression. Several owners are disappointed. The plumbing needs replacing to stop leaks, the shutters don’t work properly, and air comes in through the windows. There are no mailboxes or building management either. The developer describes the residence as high-end, including its finishes and paintwork. I saw the listings on Avito again, and I doubt he knows what high-end means.

I agree with Muriel, and my experience was even worse. At the time of purchase, we agreed on an apartment and I paid a deposit. Two weeks later, I was told that the apartment had been sold, and I still hadn’t received the kitchen trio. It’s a scam, and the developer wants nothing to do with it. He told me to go to the company marqaz el aquar, which sold it to me.
