We tried the traditional hammam at the riad, and the technician was attentive and very skilled. Thanks so much! The team were all delightful and looked after any issues, making sure we were comfortable. The riad is gorgeous and well placed in the Medina, with anywhere we needed within walking distance. It gets pretty cold at night in winter, so the heater and extra blanket came in handy. Our bathroom was very small, though that was down to the room we booked.

What stayed with us most was the genuine warmth with which the owner, his daughter and the staff welcomed us into their home. They were thorough and attentive, and the place felt clean and homely, with all our needs taken care of. The riad itself is beautiful and full of local culture. Its central location still makes public transport easy to access. Highly recommended for a Marrakech visit.

The central garden is lovely and peaceful, a great place to take a breather from Marrakech's busy streets. There's also a spa and restaurant on site, which is handy if you don't feel like heading to the medina. The location is just beside the busy, noisy medina, close to the centre but calm, and on a big street with shops for basics like food and water. Breakfast was freshly made each morning, with plenty of tasty Moroccan dishes. The rooms were carefully cleaned every day, and the towels and sheets were changed daily. When we needed an extra night, they accommodated us and upgraded us to a better room at no added cost because our original room wasn't available. On arrival, the hosts welcomed us with Moroccan mint tea and traditional biscuits and explained where the main attractions and good spots were. We had a great stay. The riad is amazing, the staff were kind and helpful, and Jamal was a wonderful host who kept smiling and checking if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

This 400-year-old property combines historic charm with local culture, and Riad 4 Jardins is conveniently set in the Medina near attractions. Even so, it stays quiet and peaceful. The host was pleasant and attentive, with local suggestions shaped around what we liked. We were very comfortable here, and I'd highly recommend it for an authentic stay in a historic riad.
