The rooftop has lovely views, and the food is freshly made and really good. The rooms are great too, but what stood out most was the kind, helpful staff. They were always available and offered useful advice. Jemaa El-Fnaa and other main sights are close by. I’d definitely recommend this riad.

We’ve been returning to Riad Amin for years, and each trip reminds us why it feels like a jewel to us. The Kasbah is, in our view, the city’s most authentic and atmospheric district. The riad is gorgeous, with stylish design, lovely details, and a calm, warm feel. It has 11 rooms, so it feels private and intimate even though the space is generous. MarieB and Brigitte welcomed us with unusual warmth and respect, and we felt at home right away. The staff are a close, friendly team, and their service is personal, sincere, and professional. Breakfast is generous and thoughtfully made, including omelets prepared the way you like them. The rooftop terrace is wonderful, with a fantastic city view where you could easily spend hours. Highly recommended.

The hospitality and service really impressed me. They even helped us find a plug adapter and let us check in early. The location feels like a quiet oasis amid the chaos.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, and it’s pretty quiet. The cleaning ladies seemed stressed, as though everything depended on whether they met the expected standard. Outside the riad was a bit messy, and the cats had a very loud time late in the evening. The weather was, well, urghhh. None of that is the riad’s fault, though. The place was still pretty magnifique and exceptionnel, tip top, really.

Abdul-Aziz and the kitchen ladies were especially wonderful, and the house staff were great. Management, though, were dishonest and disingenuous. They charged too much tourist tax even after I showed evidence that children under 11 are exempt. When I tried to discuss it after paying the inflated amount, she blocked me. It was an unfortunate end to what had been a pleasant stay.
