They overbooked and sent me to a different hotel. My basement room looked like a prison cell, and people were loud all night. The host was rude and impatient, and lied when they told me the rooms cost the same. There was no service or WiFi in the room either. I could hear people peeing in the bathroom, coughing, and talking through the night. I'd have slept better on the street. Update: I did sleep on the airport floor, and it was better than the hotel.

I wouldn't recommend this at all. One of my friends left a negative review on Booking, then, surprisingly, a hotel staff member contacted her on her personal WhatsApp number. To the owner, you should know that you do not have the right to contact a client on their personal phone because of a review. Under Moroccan Law n°09-08 on personal data protection, personal information can only be used for legitimate and declared purposes, not for pressure or intimidation. Respect your clients and their freedom of expression. I'd give zero stars if I could.

The location is nice, close to the medina, and the style is cool. For the price, it was decent, and there were lots of lovely cats. The roof terrace was comfortable too, though it was the only place where I could get the WiFi to work.

Basic comfort and cleanliness shouldn’t depend on a hotel’s star rating. Instead of replying to reviews with “Next time, go to a 5-star hotel,” the manager should do some cleaning. The room was cold and damp, and everything smelled of cat urine. Water wasn’t always available, and when it was, it wasn’t always hot. The internet kept cutting in and out. It’s a creepy place.

After my friend posted an honest review, a staff member sent them a disrespectful WhatsApp message. That was really disappointing. The rooms are tiny, old, dusty, and poorly kept. You can find better options nearby for the same price.
