The rooftop pool was a lovely place to spend the afternoon or evening, and breakfast was a treat, with something different and delicious each morning. We stayed at Riad Jenai after a desert tour and were so glad we chose it. The beds were huge and really comfortable, and our room was beautifully decorated. The team made the place feel warm and homey, and Caroline the resident turtle was a favorite. There are just four rooms, so book ahead. It took us a little while to find the riad, but after that, getting around was easy. One thing to keep in mind: the windows face the courtyard and don't block all the sound, so you may hear other guests.

The staff were lovely and apologized about the airport pickup, but it was disappointing that nobody was there to meet us, even though we'd arranged a transfer with the riad. Finding the place was tricky too, since it's down a dark alley. Still, we had a fantastic stay. The room was large and beautiful, we were welcomed with mint tea, and there are lots of nice communal seating areas, plus a terrace with a pool. Breakfast was included and good, and the riad bar serves alcohol, which can be hard to find in Marrakesh. We'd still highly recommend it.

Right in the middle of the Medina, but peaceful once you're inside. This place is stunning and feels really authentic, and the staff were so welcoming and attentive. We loved every day of our stay and can't wait to come back. I almost wanted to keep it a secret, but that wouldn't be fair.

The room was cleaned every day with real attention to detail, and the location was spectacular. Yannick and Reda were always attentive and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. The service was unbeatable. One of the best places we've stayed.
