The young man at the riad was amazing, so friendly and kind. I'd give him five stars. The rooms could be nice, but the bathrooms were covered in mold and smelled musty. I wouldn't recommend staying until that problem is fixed.

The staff were very welcoming at first, and everything seemed fine on arrival. But when we checked the room, we found large mold stains in the bathroom. We had to cancel and find another hotel at short notice.

The courtyard was a lovely place for breakfast and dinner, and the staff were lovely. Our ground-floor room could get a little noisy, though. There was a strong damp, musty smell from the bathroom that reached the bedroom, and the shower had low water pressure. It was a good place to stay, but I'm not sure I'd choose it again on my next trip to Marrakech.

We were just a couple of minutes on foot from the souks, so the location was ideal for exploring the Medina of marrakesh. When we arrived earlier than expected, the welcoming reception team served us homemade morrocan sweets and tea while they finished getting our rooms ready. The courtyard and rooftop were charming and offered a glimpse of traditional morrocan life. I'd highly recommend this riad for couples or solo travelers.
