WiFi worked without interruption, and there’s a gym and swimming pool to enjoy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds clean, and breakfast was superb, with lots of tasty choices.

I’ve had a hard time finding a decent hotel in Mandalay, where many places feel below average, but this one made me feel at ease. The rooms exceeded my expectations: clean sheets and pillows, comfortable beds, good towels and lighting, strong water pressure, and a proper shower. The air conditioning stayed reliably cool, and the gym is well kept. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with thoughtful choices, good variety, and really good coffee. The upstairs view is unreal, too. Good value and a great stay. Thanks to management for maintaining the quality. I’ll come back.

The room was really hot, and the bedsheets weren’t clean. The receptionist wasn’t friendly, checkout took a long time, and the items I requested never arrived.

I’m furious about how rude and unprofessional the staff were. I asked for a basic room change, and the front desk treated it like I was asking for a favor. There was no courtesy or care at all. It felt like they hated their jobs and their guests.
