Masiam was helpful and knew her stuff, and her lovely smile made the place feel welcoming. The apartment itself was clean and cosy, with a sofa that converts into a comfortable bed. By the riverside, it has lovely sunset views and a nice morning breeze. Getting around takes a little planning: bus 48 goes to Amsterdam Central, where you need to switch to reach other areas. We had a nice time here :)

There was plenty of room to walk around and unwind, even though this isn't right in the city center. The waterfront views from the rooms were great, and the staff paid attention to even small details and were very helpful. It was close to where I spent most of my time, and I'd definitely book here again on my next Amsterdam visit.

Our one-bedroom mezzanine apartment, number 11, was spotless and well equipped, with a lovely outlook over the river. Getting into the center was easy: the frequent number 48 bus and ferries both go to Central Station. Fantastic spot.

The only real squeeze was getting five or six people ready with just one bathroom, especially if anyone in the group is a diva. We were a pretty chill group, though, and the ground-floor two-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed worked well for five adults. It was quiet and comfortable, with everything we needed, and the staff were very good. The place is modern and clean, transport is convenient, and the rooms look out over the water. Sorry about the rubbish pictures, the views are lovely.

I loved having a kitchen area for cooking, and the room had wonderful river views. There was more space here than in a hotel, and the staff were friendly. I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back.
