The rooms are nice and spacious, but there was quite a lot of tram noise and a lot of stairs.

The rooms are great, though you can hear some tram noise.

8/10
The loft was comfortable, though the bathroom feels a bit cramped for a room of that size. The welcome was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive to what guests needed. Breakfast fell a little short of expectations.

Getting around is easy, with great transport connections and a tram stop right downstairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some rooms don't have an elevator, which can be a hassle with big suitcases, and the tram noise is loud enough to disturb sleep.
