Saga Apartments Oslo

A heads-up for anyone arriving with bags: you need to collect the apartment key from Saga Hotel, about 200 meters away, since it isn't available at the property. That walk with luggage is a hassle. The apartment itself is cute and works pretty well for one person, with the living and sleeping areas combined, a small dining table, and a nicely furnished little kitchen.

The showers were the one part we weren't keen on. They're tiny, about what you'd expect on a cruise ship. Otherwise, we liked this place: it's very clean, in a quiet area with a good location, and the staff are helpful. Breakfast was very good too. We'd recommend it.

We had a good stay in this modern-looking apartment. The rooms were clean and spacious, with an oven, kettle, cutlery, and good Wi-Fi. Public transport makes it easy to reach, though check-in and check-out are handled at the nearby hotel. The sink in our room was broken. If you're visiting Oslo on a budget, I'd suggest Saga Apartments Oslo.

The registration was straightforward, and the car was secure. The location is reasonably convenient, though getting back to reception means a short two-minute drive if you don't want to walk. The apartment was well kept, but the lift to the top floor was very slow, so you could be waiting a while when people are coming and going. My only room concern was the open-plan layout: cooking something strong-smelling could leave the bed linen smelling of it.
