The bed was comfortable and I slept well, and having my room ready before 12:00 was a plus. But the shower was awful, with hardly any water coming from the head, and the AC didn't work. The curtains are fitted oddly and don't cover the whole window when closed. The master key for the room's electricity jams with the ceiling lights, and there isn't a breakfast buffet, you have to choose something from the menu à la carte. I booked through Booking.com after seeing good reviews there and on Google Maps, but the stay didn't live up to them. I was disappointed, since I wanted a nice hotel before leaving home, and that's not what I got. I'd give it 2 out of 5 for the price. If it were cheaper, I'd rate it 3.

The staff were super lovely and made me feel welcome at this really nice hotel in a great spot in Kathmandu. You can book tours through them for a great time. It's very good value for money, and I'd highly recommend it.

Right in central Thamel, in the tourist hub, this hotel has a nice room that's big enough. I really enjoyed my stay and will come back.

The staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was fine, and the internet worked well. The comfortable bed and roomy enough bathroom were good too. There was hot water, though the pressure was low on the 4th floor. It's on a small side street, handy for exploring Thamel, but the edge of Thamel is quite noisy, so earplugs helped me sleep. The curtains hang strangely, and the curtains and carpets were dusty and looked dirty. Cleanliness could be better.
