The staff were kind and always smiling when they served us. The hotel was quiet, the service was great, and the room was very clean. It’s in an excellent location, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The bedsheets had visible stains, which was completely unacceptable, and sleeping like that ruined my stay. Cleanliness was appalling for a hotel claiming a certain standard. I rarely post negative reviews, but this experience makes me feel I should warn others. I also got the impression that the hotel Manager and Staff were writing glowing reviews on their own page. That felt disingenuous and made me more frustrated. If they cared about guest feedback, they’d address the real problems instead of making up positive reviews. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place. It doesn’t seem to care about guest comfort or satisfaction. Save your time, money, and peace of mind and look for somewhere cleaner and more reliable.
