I arrived feeling stressed after trying to find somewhere with good service, and this hotel was just what I needed. The staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout. I especially want to thank Sweta and Ashika Gurung for the tasty meals and warm service at the nice restaurant. Housekeeping deserves a mention too. The team kept my room clean, tidy, and comfortable the whole time, and I really appreciate their hard work. I’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended.

I felt completely safe here during the riots, and the staff really try to make guests comfortable. It’s in the tourist district, handy for shopping, walking around, and sightseeing. The rooms are clean and tidy; those on the top floor are older, but they open onto a beautiful terrace. Breakfast is a buffet with Nepali and European dishes. The main drawback was noise from a nearby nightclub at night, which can disturb your sleep. Still, the price and service are an excellent match.

I asked what time dinner was served at their restaurant, and Siva replied, “What time is it now? Don’t you know the time for dinner? What is the name of your group?” He didn’t apologize for speaking to me that way.

You can’t beat this spot in Thamel for shopping and restaurants. The rooms are clean and the service is great. This was my third trip to Nepal, and I’ve stayed here every time. I’ll be back again.
