The staff made us feel genuinely welcome with warm, professional hospitality. Our clean, comfortable room was well maintained and relaxing, and the food was flavorful and served with care. Hotel Raniban Arcade made for a very pleasant stay.

The staff were attentive and friendly while keeping the service professional throughout my visit. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Raniban Arcade, with a clean, comfortable room and excellent food. Highly recommended for a trip to Pokhara, and I look forward to coming back.

The lake view from the rooms and the location near Gauri Ghat were highlights. It’s a calm, scenic place that works well for families and anyone wanting a peaceful stay. There’s also a money exchange facility on site, which is handy for travellers. Sri. Ram Thappa, Sri. Garima Bhujal, Sri. Thankaraj Hamal, and Sri. Ishika P K provided professional, pleasant service, and the reception and restaurant teams were responsive and supportive. The spacious rooms were clean and well maintained. They had balcony seating, a kettle, mini fridge, dedicated Wi-Fi, TV, laptop table, tea/coffee sachets, drinking water bottles, tissues, neat towels, toothbrush and paste, shampoo, shower gel, and an intercom. The bathroom was roomy, with hot water available 24 hours. A comfortable, memorable stay with great hospitality and beautiful lake views. Excellent ***** Highly recommended.

The room lights were so dim that I could barely see myself in the mirror, and the bathroom was in a terrible state. The flush didn’t work properly, and water came very slowly from both the shower and taps. The WiFi didn’t work at all, and the room landline was missing for the whole stay, leaving no easy way to reach reception. We were also charged NPR 2000 for AirPods pickup, which seemed unreasonable, especially as the hotel said it was mandatory. For an old, poorly maintained property with these problems, the price felt high. The online photos didn’t match what I experienced, so I wouldn’t rely on them when booking. Overall, I don’t recommend Hotel Raniban Arcade.

The relaxing atmosphere and delicious food made for a great stay. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were extremely polite and always willing to help. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.
