Ayllu B&B Ollantaytambo

The bathroom was small but workable, with good hot water and shower pressure. My room's main area was spacious and very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent: I had an omelette, and there were also yogurt, granola, pineapple smoothie, toast, coffee, and tea, including coca tea. Antonio and Nicole are such kind hosts. They were lovely from the booking right through my stay, and alone make this place well worth visiting. Ayllu B&B sits by active farms, away from the noisy town center, but it's an easy walk in or about 5 sols by tuk-tuk. Ollantaytambo doesn't seem to have five-star or typical hotels, so for a stay in town, I'd choose this place for the hospitality. Highly recommended.

I spent six nights here and was struck by the beauty every day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the house itself is lovely, with breathtaking views from the terrace, dining room, and even my room. Each day I got a fresh, delicious breakfast or a packed lunch. The value is amazing. Antonio and Nicole made me feel like family from the start. They were kind, responsive, and always ready to help. Antonio even found a tour guide for me at the last minute, and Nicole kept checking that I was comfortable. And their adorable dog Charlotte stole my heart with her playful, sweet nature. This place has so much warmth. I can't wait to come back.

Breakfast was great, and the view from the table was lovely. We had a comfortable bed and kind, helpful hosts during our three nights at this B&B. The main drawback was hearing roosters crow from the early hours. I suspect you'd get some kind of noise anywhere, though.

Nicol and Antonio arranged a couple of day trips for us to the Sacred Valley and Cusco. They were wonderful hosts, and the whole budget-friendly B&B experience was 10/10, from breakfast and housekeeping to the WiFi. Can't recommend it enough!
